Its refreshing to deal with a company that knows how to treat their customers. Their were very knowledgeable and very helpful not to mention polite and courteous. Sales department had exactly what we needed to get our machine back on the trails. I will be a return customer for all my parts and service. Thank you very much for a great experience.

I am writing to you today to express what a great team you have, I've only had that pleasure to work with Cheri, Chris, and Trevor, but I am confident that everyone else holds the same standards. I spoke with Cheri over the phone about replacing some gear which was stolen from my vehicle in the past week, and she was able to provide on the spot answers to the inquires I presented to her. Other retails that I've recently dealt with are nowhere's close to providing the level of service you offer at your business. Other retails said they would call back, or email, and I didn't see reply's for 3-5 days, some still haven't responded. Here at 5 Star there was prompt service, knowledgeable team members, and friendly service. Great job to you and your team! I'm from Langley and I will be making a drive to 5 Star for all my sledding needs, and my next machine will definitely be purchased from your branch. Overall, I was able to get the gear I needed, and able to go riding this Saturday. Chris and Trevor were able to provide some insight to a shock issue i was having on my 2016 Axys. After feeling ripped off by another dealership, I walked in close to end of day wanting to get some info and fact check my pending purchase. The parts counter staff were welcoming and pointed me in the direction of Braden. He was not only welcoming but so kind, honest which was refreshing and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend 5 star and will be coming here in the future for all our side by side needs!

Hey guys! Thank you for your help Thursday! We absolutely love our Ranger 900 XP. We had it out today on our acreage upcountry. Its nice to go to a dealership and not feel pressured into buying something. Very knowledgeable crew.

My son had purchased a sled from Brad about a year ago and couldn't say enough good things about the service he received. When I decided to buy 2 quads we got in touch with Brad and told him what I wanted. He came up with an awesome deal with no pressure to buy. My son was once again impressed and purchased a RZR S900 side x side as well. We live in a remote area of BC and no one else could come close to the deal so we drove for 13 hours one way to buy 2 Sportsman 850 SP quads and the side by side. We had ordered all the options that we wanted and the in about a week they were ready for delivery. When we arrived to pick them up we were met by Brad who spent nearly 2 hours with us going over all the details, functions, maintenance etc. Great service and very friendly. In late March of 2014 I bought a new pro rmk 163 and let me tell you about my experience with five star. They are amazing absolutely awesome guys. I drove 13 hours from elkford b.c. just to buy my sled from this dealer. There price was unbeatable and the service was perfect. I showed up at the dealer they had my sled waiting for me all set up for me. I asked for the sled to be set up for my size and bang all done. They also showed me another sled with a rises in it, that I may like to have installed on mine cause of my hieght. they installed the rises and then took me threw all the tools and quick drive system etc. I enjoyed the experience so much and am so greatful that I will be buying a new razor there this summer.Thank you five starCorby atwood
