Compared to the 2013 Ranger® Crew® 800 EFI, the new 2014 Polaris® Ranger® Crew® 900 is 50% more powerful and can tow up to 907 kg (2,000 lbs). The engine now sits under the rear cargo box to make this multi-passenger side-by-side UTV one of the quietest in its class, while the numerous storage compartments come in very handy.
The 2014 Polaris® Ranger® Crew® 900 offers a myriad of accessories to handle just about any type of work, including a high-capacity battery and stator, as well as Lock & Ride windshields and body panels.
Motivation comes from a liquid-cooled, 875cc, four-stroke, twin-cylinder engine with electronic fuel injection that produces 60 horsepower and class-leading torque. Harnessing that power is an automatic PVT, along with a true on-demand 2WD/4WD system featuring a VersaTrac Turf Mode.

The 2014 Polaris® Ranger® Crew® 900 is 3.77m long (on a 2.87m wheelbase), 1.55m wide, and 1.93m tall, and weighs 713 kg. Sure, it's huge and heavy, but the trade-offs include more comfortable five-passenger seating and a 453.6kg (1,000 lb) payload. This side-by-side UTV also excels off the beaten path with a ground clearance of 287 mm (11.3").
Equipped with a 37.9-litre fuel tank (11% larger than the Ranger® Crew® 800 EFI's), the 2014 Polaris® Ranger® Crew® 900 provides greater range. Maintenance intervals have been stretched to 100 hours.
Braking is taken care of by four-wheel hydraulic discs with dual-piston callipers. Big 26" tires wrap cast aluminum wheels connected to dual A-arms.
